Termination. This user agreement will automatically terminate upon any material breach
of the terms of this Agreement (or any other agreement between Massachusetts MassDEP/MassDOT-RMV/Applus+) by
You. Material & trademark breaches shall include, but not limited to, the breach
of any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon termination or expiration
of this agreement for any reason, you shall be unable to access the website for
a given amount of time terminated by the Massachusetts MassDEP/MassDOT-RMV/Applus+.
(6) Passwords.
Users that have received a user ID and password
to facilitate access to all of the resources on this site are responsible for any
access and use of the site using the login credentials.
Users are responsible for protecting and maintaining the security of their
log-in credentials.
(7) Offensive
Content.
Massachusetts MassDEP/MassDOT-RMV/Applus+ reserves the right to monitor, modify,
remove and establish criteria for what constitutes offensive materials on the
site and to the removal of materials, data, text, messages posted by user.
Massachusetts MassDEP/MassDOT-RMV/Applus+ also reserves the right to terminate user access at their discretion.
